All fire risk assessments and related services are carried out based on the information provided at the time of booking and on-site inspection. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all relevant information about the property or premises is accurate and disclosed. Any reports or recommendations provided are based on observations at the time of assessment and are intended to support compliance with current fire safety regulations, but do not guarantee full compliance if circumstances change or information is incomplete.

 

Bookings for assessments or consultations may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary. Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice; late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

 

While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, Redline Risk Control Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our reports or services. Clients remain responsible for implementing any recommended actions and maintaining ongoing compliance with fire safety legislation.
